Impromptu sort of dinner at Thornleigh, and a surprise addition of Mr P_P
Pretty nice and inexpensive malaysian restaurant, although it may be slightly out of the way. And on the way back, Mr P_P directed me onto the highway to Gosford!! Instead of Chatswood.
Dessert before dinner. It’s quite nice. Three flavors in this cup. Yoghurt, lychee and coconut.
Ain’t it pretty?
I’m so smart. I brought the right shoes to change at work.
Thanks for the dinner and the cake and the laughter and the knowledge on new stuff that was discussed during dinner.
Dinner was at Sichuan Restaurant, upstairs, and Michael was pretty much on time. Christina was last to arrive :p.
A small bit of drama with the taxi driver on the way to Ivy, but that was alright. Silly man.
Should get this book for fun.
After a heavy rainy Monday n a slight drizzly Tuesday morning, a minute of sunshine breaks through… A preview to my nameday?
Dinner at North Strathfield with the Fiji gang. It was very nice and happy to meet everyone. Stupid tim went to the wrong location as well, and had to quickly drive to the correct place. Luckily, it was only a few minutes away.
The dinner was organized by Alice, and supposedly for Hmk’s engagement; but at the dessert time, it was birthday cake for Dominic and I…suprising :)
PS. Sorry, forgot group shots!
And our dinner menu was
Coconut Prawns (entree)
Tom Yum Goong
Sweet Chilli Jam Soft Shell Crab
Garlic & Pepper Soft Shell Crab
Red Curry Duck
Pad See Ew
Salt & Pepper Calamari
Cake (from Lindt)
Meet Leo and Tre, two Tibetian Mastiffs. Leo is the golden coloured one, and is the short haired kind. Tre (meaning bear in Tibetian) is a long haired one.
Their personalities are hugely different as well! Tre is more of the dopey and excited one out of the two (he’s only 1.5yrs old afterall), and also bigger than Leo. Leo is 2yrs old, and more reserved, quiet and just likes to relax. Very islander lifestyle. :p
