We stopped at Ouse for a quick lunch, and also bought a bag of ice that started melting before we reached the car…a fire was about to start 2km from where we stopped! I only found out when we reached hobart… even so, we saw quite a few police/fire/ambulance gathered nearby…that was a hint on what was happening! we also received sms about a fire somewhere. i guess that meant we were quite close to the fire.

The sun was red when we were at hobart. it was coz there was a fire about 20km from where we were staying. and the sun rays burned when it shown on me directly :(

Such a hot day then….overhead a waitress telling tourists “..it is considered hot in hobart if it’s 25 degrees..”
