Jap dinner on Friday night.
Decided to go to @ Restaurant, that is located at Crows Nest.
To me, it’s a little pricey, but quite nice and decent.
Things I found unusual
1) They give these small cups for the iced water. One gulp, and you need to refill. Seems like I’m having sake.
2) My lady friend and I went. Upon serving, they gave me the menu first; the cups first; the plates/utensils first. I’m more accustomed to having the ladies being served first before the guy.

Many others were ordering the Wagyu beef with potato nest thingy. I had that last time.
oops… it ended up a bit pricey! :o
cuz men are deemed the king of the house :P
hahaha…but just a bit out of the norm here…coz… i will then have to ‘pass’ the menu etc to the girl first (as a gentleman)……….
Note that i didn’t do that…my excuse? it would have been impolite to the waitress. hahahahah
